The Timbercrete cladding system is a brilliant new concept for reinvigorating your tired old weatherboard, fibro, or clay brick home. Our blocks are attached using our customized folded steel strip system. Our cladding blocks can also be used in place of standard clay brick veneer walls on timber or steel-frame houses. Because of its versatility, Timbercrete cladding can be mounted in various forms and fashions—and is especially viable for home renovators and DIY’ers.

The steel on this building was screwed into place over the original fibro sheeting, directly into the frame. The blocks were then slotted into place, and cut to the required dimensions where going around existing obstacles such as the downpipes. Once the cladding is in place, the gaps are filled with Ridgebond filler using a caulking gun, then the blocks are sealed with Shalex Glaze.
